Donation and Refund Information

Donations are not being taken yet. This page explains how giving is planned to work once payments are enabled.

One-off donations

The appeal is planned to accept one-off donations only, from £1. There is no ongoing commitment.

Who collects payments

The campaign owner has confirmed that the payment account is registered to All Dogs Matter (Registered Charity No. 1132883) and that this fundraising is authorised. Payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider once the integration has been implemented and tested.

How funds reach the beneficiary

The intended allocation is 100% of donations to All Dogs Matter. The amount the charity receives will depend on costs that are not yet confirmed:

Gross donation: the amount you give.
Processing fees charged by the payment provider: [To be confirmed].
Withdrawal or transfer costs: [To be confirmed].
Net amount transferred to All Dogs Matter: gross donation less the above.

Confirmation

A donation will be treated as complete only once the payment provider has confirmed it to the campaign’s systems. A confirmation email is planned.
